Transforming a sector for the benefit of all New Zealanders

Everyone deserves access to quality financial advice so it was a privilege to develop and deliver the FMA's communications plan for the two-year transition to new regulatory requirements. The feedback? "We'd aced it" - with 2500 banks, insurers and other Financial Advice Providers successfully securing their full licences by the time the new financial advice regime came fully into effect in March 2023.

New Zealand's leading international freight delivery company Kotahi needed a compelling local offer to bring its story home. I worked with the team to develop and define the underlying brand strategy then demonstrated how they could bring it to life through this brochure.

Engaging Contact's people as first customers

Contact's shift to a new rewards programme "was a triumph of doing things differently, making an impact, and showing our people that we’re moving forward." As Acting Director at Geyser I led the strategy and creative development for the internal campaign that saw 90% of Contact's employees sign up before the new programme even launched.
